I recently shared the conference stage in the USA with Richard George a professor of Food Marketing at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. Richard is from the food industry, but his presentation was based on his book and the rules of marketing. After the presentation I was presented with a book and it is one of those books full of simple common sense that alas is so often rare. It is the type of book you can read in a couple of days and is designed so you can pick it up and read relevant sections and then refer to It again later. He has ten rules of marketing that he expends on in the book.
